Emergency Paediatric First Aid
Course duration: 6 hours/1 day
Intro to the course:
This 1 day Emergency Paediatric First Aid course has been designed for those who have an interest in child and infant first aid. This course is not suitable for child minders and other people who may work with children on a regular basis.
If you have a professional interest, for example if you are a child minder or work in a school, then this course will only partly meet the requirements of Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage. Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage do require staff working with children to have 12 hours of paediatric first aid training, so the 2 day Level 3 Paediatric First Aid would be more suitable.
