SG Training was formed in March 2016.
Having come from a leisure background, I have certainly had my fair share of being faced with emergency first aid situations.
I also enjoy the teaching element of First Aid so after putting the two together, I realised being a First Aid/Lifeguard Instructor was the perfect job for me, which I thoroughly enjoy.

A lot of people have either not learnt first aid before, or lack the confidence to intervene in a situation through fear of doing something wrong. At SG Training, you will not only leave with the knowledge, but also the confidence to help you help someone else.

SG Training's courses with are done in a safe and friendly environment. I believe learning should be enjoyable and memorable, this is because it has been proven that people are more likely to remember something, if they can connect it to where/how they learnt it.
Using this psychological approach, I try my best to get people to remember things this way. 

All of the courses run by SG Training are regulated and certificated by Ofqual.

I can offer standard workplace courses, or we can design a bespoke package to suit your needs.
I also run awareness workshops which can be done in an evening which covers some of the basics of First Aid for people just wanting to learn a bit or refresh their skills.
